If you’re an Iowa resident age 18 or older who suffers from one of the qualifying medical conditions for medicinal cannabis treatment, such as cancer or certain incurable pain, you may be eligible to become a patient.

Follow These 3 Steps to Obtain an Iowa Medical Cannabis Card

STEP 1

Ask your doctor to sign the IDPH Healthcare Practitioner form.
